Pilates
Joseph Pilates created this form of exercise and it was soon chosen by dancers who were suffering with injuries as specific problem areas can be targeted by an exercise. By choosing to practise pilates your body awareness is heightened by bringing together mind and body - Pilates literally teaches you to be in control of your body. Our classes run for 60 minutes and we supply all equipment needed. We like to keep our class sizes to 12 to ensure that we can maintain great technique for all participants.
